What is the process for returns?

When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection status of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and only your method of original payment will be refunded. This is a fraud prevention measure to protect you. Please note that refunds may take 60 days to appear on your monthly statement even though we processed them much earlier.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us by email or social media to let us know why you want to return an item. We will then instruct you on the best way to move forward with your return.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Yes, you are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items.
