Returns Policy

We accept returns for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 60 days of your purchase with a copy of the original receipt. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in new condition with original tags.

Refunds (if applicable)

When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection status of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and only your method of original payment will be refunded. This is a fraud prevention measure to protect you. Please note that refunds may take 60 days to appear on your monthly statement even though we processed them much earlier.

Canada Shipping:
All orders under $100.00 will ship for a flat rate of $9.99 Orders over $100.00 will ship for free.

International Shipping:
All orders will ship for a flat rate of $20.00

*All packages are shipped via Canada Post, Big Bear Canada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items damaged during shipping.
